How To: Juicing For Acne & Healthy Clear Skin!
Go To: Facebook.com In this how to juicing for acne and healthy clear skin video I talk about what you can juice and how you can juice! In this juice, I used apples, beets, carrots, cucumbers, asparagus and apples. You can make a variety of juices, it’s really up to you and what you like. Any fruits and vegetables will help you become healthier and help your skin heal and clear up from acne faster so it’s worth juicing! it’s great too because you can make your own juice, so you don’t have to drink the junk that has sugar added and that is pasteurized. This juice gives your body much more nutrition and helps your skin a lot more! Also, I forget to mention check out the “fat, sick & nearly dead” documentary! it’s all about juicing and I put it in the Acne Erasing Store on the facebook page too. Please like, favorite, comment and share this video! Have a great day, David “The Skin King” AcneErasingSecrets.com

@taraw93 yes, it plays a role. Helps with the skin, central nervous system among other things. I would say vitamins C, E & A overall play a more important role in skin health though.
why don’t u use just a blender? U can get more mass in the juice, it can be spread over more sittings, you don’t get the possibility for any juice to be left in the pulp, etc. I think juicers are a scam to the fruit n vegetable industry to keep u consuming a lot
i have a good question! i drink noni juice and its supposed to help the skin. do you think its a good idea to put it on the face cause i have some scars
Hey in your info section you used apples twice hehe;)
i like your political shirt…a sly way of showing your views
I’m so glad you did this video thanks for the hydrogen peroxide tip. Btw thumbs up on the shirt.
@T3RRABYT3 A blender is more for smoothies and For this it’s just the juice… I hear what you are saying but when you take the fiber out (which juicing basically does) it’s just like a juice and your body doesn’t need it. Also, you cut out a lot of scraps when you use the blender that you can still put through the juicer to get juice from so it’s all good.
@penahect noni is good, I drink a similar juice that has a bunch of superfoods in it every once in a while too…. Not sure if it helps with topical scars when applied topically though to be honest. Haven’t heard that, it may help a little bit but not sure!
@iSpArkLe1221 oops! lol!
@igoped LOL… Just representing what I believe is truth! I see it more of a movement than political shirt! haha… thanks though! Appreciate it!
@babygirlsana Thanks so much! I appreciate it and am glad that you are glad! that’s what I do! haha… Like that you like the shirt too! You are obviously smart researching more than just health! good for you
but isn’t it annoying having 2 cut up the fruits n vegetables small enough to fit into the juicer? i have a breville juicer and i just stick the whole apple in it and it has a filter or something that takes out the seeds n stuff.
lol i thought that lemon was an egg ahah
i love you haha! my mom and i are going on a liver detox soon. should be pretty exciting …
@FashionWidATwist It take’s time, but the juice tastes really good so it’s worth it.
I juice a whole cornish hen every morning!!! my acne is unbearable! Listen to this guy!
Thanks and of course you just gotta keep informed now in days
thanks for the videos I love watching them.
Hey David! I know in a lot of your videos, you say to stay away from certain acids but what do you think about salicylic acid for acne treatment since it is a natural, organic acid? I’m contemplating on having a facial done with this but don’t want to if it’s something that will end up damaging my skin. Thanks!
LOL loving the shirt.. not to mention your videos too.
@FashionWidATwist lol! haha! that’s funny.
@wangziyi1 I love you too! lol… thank you so much! I appreciate the love!
“Love is my religion!”
@babygirlsana yw! thank you! I agree with that!
@KatieKat2626 Honestly, I don’t recommend it… I think it’s too strong & harsh personally! your skin isn’t meant to deal with things that harsh. I also don’t believe it’s “natural” either b/c it’s not something that is from a natural source 100%! it’s a synthetic ingredient from my research on it.
@KyuuMayCry Glad to hear! And thank you!
do NOT use “baby” carrots…they are artificially formed and, without their natural peel protection, are treated with chlorine to keep them “fresh-looking”
