It helps unblock clogged pores and helps your skin heal and become healthier and more clear. You will need castor oil & sunflower seed oil or extra virgin olive oil (in a dark bottle) to do this. Simply mix a small (dime sized) portion of castor oil with a quarter sized portion of extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil. Mix these together and massage this oil into your skin for about 4 minutes after you open your pores with a hot washcloth. After you do this use a warm washcloth to rinse the oils off your skin.
